Monica is from Hot Spring, AK. She grew in Mexico and moved to beautiful Arizona about 15 years ago, and decided to call this state her home. She is located in the North Phoenix area, is married and has two boys. She has a Bachelors in Law, a Paralegal Certification, and over 12 years of experience in corporate contracts, trademarks, and FDA and FTC regulations. She is fluent in both English & Spanish.

Monica is known as being a great empathetic to peoples problems and concerns and loves listening to people. She truly has a sense of reward when helping others. Some of her hobbies and interests are, crafts, authentic Mexican food, skincare/beauty, kids’ stuff, anything real estate, interior design, home decor, home renovations (makeovers in a friendly budget or how she will call it, “getting the million-dollar look, without spending the million dollars”), and creating memories with her family. Monica’s mission is to educate her network and audience with a very unique and friendly touch, and to inspire people to take a leap in their Real Estate journey.
