When a real estate market is strong, it can be hard to distinguish between realtors that are good at their job and those benefiting from the current housing climate. Bryce and Stefanie are VERY good at their job. My home was on market for 200+ days before I started working with them.
Myexpectations were through the roof, I need this house sold in 60 days and I need my asking price to have any chance of purchasing in a different city. Furthermore, my home was a tough sell that required a specific buyer to love and utilize its layout. Bryce and Stefanie recognized this and advised me on what I could do to help the property move. 25 days later I had a great offer from a great buyer, who was perfect for the home!

Bryce and Stefanie are extremely diligent and attentive when it comes to helping you find your house. They also posses a high level of expertise when it comes to remodels and overall house quality due to their experience flipping houses on their own.
They were both very up front about any issues they saw with the house and extremely knowledgeable when it came to identifying potential underlying issues in houses that were not immediately apparent to us as buyers.
On top of that, they were also able to help us paint a picture of how a house might look once we were able to get in and make some of our own changes. This really helped us see some properties in a different light than before and make informed decisions on potential versus current setup.
Lastly I would comment that I always felt they were fighting for our best interest but without coming across to the seller's party as unreasonable.
